About You

You’re a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for design, production, and bringing creative projects to life. You love the idea of working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoy seeing your work go from screen to print to final installation.

1. You MUST be proficient in Adobe Illustrator—this is essential, as you’ll be setting up files for print and production.
2. You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in making sure everything is set up accurately before production.
3. You thrive in a team environment, where everyone works together to produce high-quality results.
4. You’re motivated, eager to learn, and open to feedback to improve your skills.
5. You enjoy variety in your work. You’re working on a different project everyday, from preparing files, weeding vinyl, assisting with general signage production and working with supercars!
6. You appreciate good leadership, a positive workplace, and being trusted to do your job without micromanagement or workplace politics.
7. You know how to have fun, enjoy some workplace banter, and still deliver high-quality work with a professional attitude.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the mix of digital and hands-on work. You’ll be working on a variety of projects, from high-end motorsport graphics to commercial signage and fleet branding.

Your Responsibilities

• Setting up artwork files in Adobe Illustrator for printing and production
• Operating large-format printers, plotters, and laminators
• Weeding and preparing vinyl for application
• Assisting with general signage production
• Working closely with the team to ensure all projects meet our high-quality standards

Your Experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a must
• Previous experience in signage, printing, or vinyl production is a bonus but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and the ability to take direction and work independently when needed is what we are looking for.
