About you
You’re a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for design, production, and bringing creative projects to life. You love the idea of working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoy seeing your work go from screen to print to final installation and:
- You MUST be proficient in Adobe Illustrator. This is essential, as you’ll be setting up files for print and production.
- You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in making sure everything is set up accurately before production.
- You thrive in a team environment, where everyone works together to produce high-quality results.
- You’re motivated, eager to learn, and open to feedback to improve your skills.
- You enjoy variety in your work. You’re working on a different project everyday, from preparing files, weeding vinyl, assisting with general signage production and working with supercars!
- You appreciate good leadership, a positive workplace, and being trusted to do your job without micromanagement or workplace politics.
- You know how to have fun, enjoy some workplace banter, and still deliver high-quality work with a professional attitude.
About the role
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the mix of digital and hands-on work. You’ll be working on a variety of projects, from high-end motorsport graphics to commercial signage and fleet branding.
Your responsibilities
- Setting up artwork files in Adobe Illustrator for printing and production
- Operating large-format printers, plotters, and laminators
- Weeding and preparing vinyl for application
- Assisting with general signage production
- Working closely with the team to ensure all projects meet our high-quality standards
Your experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a must
- Previous experience in signage, printing, or vinyl production is a bonus but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and the ability to take direction and work independently when needed is what we are looking for.
