Design 

1. Scope: Design quotes provided by Wrap Studio are based on the initial information supplied by the client. The  quote includes the initial design and two free amendments. Additional design changes will incur an hourly rate. 2. Artwork: Design artwork created by Wrap Studio is provided in PNG, JPEG or locked PDF format. Vector files will  incur additional charges. Notify Wrap Studio of any existing badges or decals that need to be retained or removed.  The design fee covers the creation of artwork only and not supplied vector files. The client is responsible for verifying  colours, spelling, and graphic placements. Please note that graphics are provided as a guide and may vary during  installation on different surfaces. 
2. Ownership: All designs remain the property of Wrap Studio. 

Projects/Works 

1. Standards and Liability: All work will be conducted to a professional standard. Wrap Studio is not liable for any  pre-existing damage or defects. The client must have insurance before the vehicle enters Wrap Studio premises. Wrap  Studio does not warranty work on vehicles with pre-existing damage or defects. Liability for faulty paint or vehicle  repairs rests with the manufacturer or previous repairs. Wrap Studio is not responsible for parts that are broken  before the project starts. 
2. Quotes: Final quotes may change if there are last-minute changes or overlooked details, such as colours, designs,  or material requirements. 
3. Personal Belongings: Wrap Studio is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. Clients must remove all  personal belongings before delivery. 

Payment Terms 

1. Payment: Full payment is required prior to the release of any vehicle or project. By accepting the vehicle/project,  you acknowledge the workmanship as satisfactory and agree to inspect the vehicle/project upon collection. 2. Invoicing: Invoices are considered past due if payment is not made upon collection. The client is responsible for any  collection fees. Issues regarding invoices must be raised within 10 days of the issue date.  

Marketing 

1. Photographs: Wrap Studio reserves the right to photograph and use these images for promotional purposes,  including presentations, portfolios, newsletters, brochures, and digital media such as the website and social media. 

Courtesy Vehicles 

1. Usage: Wrap Studio offers courtesy vehicles. The client is responsible for fuel, road tolls, and any damage. Charges  will apply for any damages or fuel/toll expenses. 

Removals 

1. Vinyl Removal: Removal of vehicle wraps is quoted separately and billed on an hourly basis. Wrap Studio is not  responsible for the condition of the paint underneath the wrap or any damage during removal. 

Warranty and Materials 

1. Materials: Materials used by Wrap Studio are installed correctly and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Wrap  Studio is not responsible for faulty products supplied. 

Aftercare 

1. Care Instructions: For longevity, hand wash only using vinyl-safe products and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive  cloths.
